Well what a miserable summer we are having so far.  We have just got a call from The Camping and Caravanning Club to let us know that this years National Feast of Lanterns has been cancelled.  The reason, as you may guess, is down to the rain and a water logged site. We were really looking forward to the rally, especially after the Caravan Club's National Rally was cancelled for the very same reason.

We would just like to take the opportunity to send our sympathies to all those who have been in organising the event but we're sure that you'll be back next year even bigger and better.

Unfortunately we have been informed that the National Caravan Club Rally at Eastnor Castle has been cancelled due to water logging.  The organisation started to set up this week to get the infrastructure organised and have found that grounds are completely water logged due to the huge amount of rainfall in April.

The Caravan Club have expressed their great regret and here are Protec we would like to second that, we have always had a great time at the National Caravan Rally and it's a great shame that we won't be able to attend but we will be atNational Feast of Lanterns 2012, 16th - 20th August 2012 - Longnewton Grange, Stockton on Tees.
